Architectural Applications
If you are thinking about making a change that would require architectural committee review and approval, please plan well in advance. It is also recommended to wait before setting a schedule with your contractor until an approval has been awarded.
Rental Leases
Per the Association’s Rules and Regulations, if you are renting your home, you are required to send Management a copy of your lease. Please remember to submit this information every time you have a new tenant! You can submit to Manager Assistant Help managerassistanthelp@actionlife.com or mmonahan@actionlife.com.
Annual Meeting Election Will be In October.
We are excited to announce the Annual Meeting for 2026 will be held in October. We are grateful for the dedication and commitment of our community and information for the election will be sent in the next few months.
Currently one seat is open so if you’d like to serve on the board completed the candidate form when the times comes. Thank you for your continued support!
Important Notice: Community Speeding Concerns
We kindly urge all residents to adhere to the posted speed limits and to drive with caution, especially in residential areas where children may be present. Remember, the safety of our community is a shared responsibility, and every effort counts towards making our streets safer for everyone.
Please take a moment to reflect on the importance of driving responsibly and considerate of others. Let’s work together to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.
Annual Meeting 2026- Save the Date!
Coral Cove’s ANNUAL MEETING is scheduled for October 22, 2026.
Ballots are being mailed in September. Please remember to check your mail, and if you do not receive a ballot, please reach out to Management. All homeowners are encouraged to participate by sending in your ballots to ensure quorum for the meeting is met to allow for a successful meeting!

Board Meeting
The Board of Directors are scheduled to meet next on May 22, 2023. The Open session meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. via Zoom. Details for the virtual meeting will be included on the meeting agenda and sent out to membership.

If you are thinking about making a change in your unit that would require architectural committee review and approval, please plan well in advance. Per the Architectural Guidelines, the Committee is allotted 45 days for review. It is also recommended to wait before setting a schedule with your contractor until an approval has been awarded.

Coral Cove Insurance
Many of your own providers ask for a copy of the certificate of insurance. Coral Cove’s COI can be found on the homeowner portal. Insurance is scheduled to renew in June 2023. A new certificate will be updated then.
